Symptom:
When performing a Browser Check, I receive a message stating third-party cookies are blocked or not allowed.
Cause:
This occurs when the browser blocks third-party cookies for any of the following reasons:
  • The browser's Privacy/Security settings are set too high
  • The cookie(s) from the site do not have compact policy (privacy statement)
  • The cookie(s) have a compact policy that uses personally identifiable information (PII) without your consent
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, please perform one or more of the following: Below are common domains that may need to be added as an exception:
  • library.phoenix.edu
  • phoenix.edu
  • mheducation.com
  • coursesmart.com
  • mathxl.com
